Certificados de Origen Digital - Aladi

The Certification of Digital Origin (COD) in the scope of the ALADI is made up of a set of specifications, standards and technical procedures, which form the basis of an IT infrastructure, integrated by applications and electronic documents, which enables the recognition of the COD in the field of LAIA.

The objective of this project was to give continuity to the process initiated in the development and implementation of a Digital Origin Certification System (SCOD) in order to strengthen, improve and technologically optimize the functionalities of the System in the operation of the certification of digital origin of the member countries, through a service of technical excellence and with the level of quality, security and availability that is required.

The scope of the project included the analysis and redesign of the SCOD, the elaboration of the associated documentation, the training to the users, technical assistance and evolutionary maintenance of the system.

    The project of certificates of digital origin (COD Project) is a regional initiative that promotes the use of electronic and / or digital documents in international trade operations. In this case, it is the certification of the origin of the merchandise that is based on the certification by entities and that are in force within the scope of ALADI.

Gestión del área de estacionamiento pre embarque del puerto de Nueva Palmira

El sistema se utiliza a efectos de regular el acceso de camiones al puerto de Nueva Palmira el cual se realiza utilizando un sistema de playas de estacionamiento y áreas de pre embarque.

Los camiones para ingresar a las terminales portuarias deben de seguir un circuito predefinido en el cual se interactúa con la Dirección Nacional de Transporte a efectos de verificar que el camión se encuentre habilitado y con la Dirección Nacional de Aduanas para  verificar que este realizó los tramites correspondientes y  asignar el canal que permite la descarga.

The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) signed an agreement with the Multi-lateral Investment Fund (MIF) of the IDB, the International Development Research Center (IDRC), and the Municipality of Montevideo, with the objective of improving competitiveness and productivity of SMEs operating in the Model Market, through the Democratization of Access to Information in the Model Market.

Within the framework of the Project to achieve this objective, it is foreseen the development of a virtual communication that provides information on product offer and trends, access to training, technical assistance and technology transfer mechanisms, which will allow the use of the information potential available as an instrument of support for strategic decision making.

The beekeeping in Uruguay is one of the activities of greater growth in the last arriving its exports to The traceability of this product from the beehive to the exporter constitutes a critical factor for the export. In this sense, the General Directorate of the Farm of the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries decided to implement a computerized system for traceability that can be used by any of the actors at any time and from any place.

The development of this system was carried out by Sofis Solutions, who obtained the tender for it.

Sistema de Seguimiento de Vehículos en Zona Portuaria

The system consists of the automatic tracking of vehicles in a discharge area using RFID technologies. The system interacts with the management systems of the company through technologies based on web services and messaging.

It aims to avoid download errors, measure download times and generate indicators to improve processes, for which a control panel was built. The system interacts with other corporate systems through web services and message queues in order to keep updated and update to the back-office.

The tasks consisted in the specification of the system, design of the solution, implementation of the solution and its implementation.
